Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026 · These terms govern use of this website and booking of services from NY Sewer and Drain Services Inc. (“NYSD”, “we”, “us”).

Estimates & pricing

Prices are quoted flat, in writing or verbally, after on-site diagnosis and before work begins. A quoted price covers the described work only; additional problems discovered during work are quoted separately before proceeding.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates affected by traffic and emergency volume. Emergency calls are prioritized by severity. Online booking requests are not confirmed until we contact you.

Access & site conditions

You are responsible for providing lawful access to the property and disclosing known hazards. We protect work areas and clean up after ourselves; pre-existing damage or defects in plumbing systems are not our responsibility.

Warranty

Workmanship warranties, where offered, are stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover new blockages caused by subsequent misuse, unrelated defects, or conditions identified to you on camera and declined for repair.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New York law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
